Poddar International
School

Aarti Cinema awarded Upadhyay Construction to construct Poddar international schooling

Dashkeary Project

It is a rehabilitation project (Funded By ECL) involving state bodies as Asansol Durgapur Development Authority.

Bengal Medical College (Boys and Girls Hostel)

As being the part of SKS educational and social trust group

Bengal College of Engineering and Technology

On December 2000 we got project of constructing first engineering college.

Bengal College of Polytechnic

Around 80,000sqft (G+3) area was constructed started on 2010 and completion was done in 2012.

Bengal Pharmaceutical College

It was started on 2009 and completion on 2011 having 20000 sqft each floor (G+3).

BCET Institute of Nursing Science

Construction was started in Feb 2023 and ended in Feb 2024 having (5000sqft in each floor) G+4.

Durgapur Publich School

Construction was started on August 2009 1st phase 2000 sqft completion was 2010 January (G+1) 2nd phase was started on 2011 (2+3)

SKS International University

Construction of 1st phase was started 2005 November to 2006 April constructing approx.

Ringus Site

It is ongoing project started on august 2025 still ongoing

Poddar International School

Aarti Cinema awarded Upadhyay Construction to construct Poddar international schooling in a challenging timeline it is a pre independence school one of the founding member Mr. Mohandas Prem Chand Gandhi. IN Asansol Upadhyay Construction constructed 1st phase 22000sqft started on April 2025 and completed on December 2025.Second phase too be started soon.

Dashkeary Project

It is a rehabilitation project (Funded By ECL) involving state bodies as Asansol Durgapur Development Authority. We were awarded contract by Monte Carlo Limited to construct 27number blocks having 16 number of flat in each block having 6700 sqft each block. Project was started in Oct 2019 and completed August 2024.It was delayed due to covid 19 pandemic.

Bengal Medical College (Boys and Girls Hostel)

As being the part of SKS educational and Social Trust group Bengal Medical college construction was started in two building parallelly New Building construction 80,000sqft and OPD block 1,30,000 sqft started on May 2024 completion on August 2025.

Next Phase of Construction Hostel complex will start soon.

Bengal College of Engineering and Technology

On December 2000 we got project of constructing first engineering college. It was constructed in many phases. The campus every brick is laid by us with all beautification and it ended in 2005. Having over 2,50,000sqft construction.

Among this SANJAY GAUTAM AUDITORIUM of having 12000 sqft was constructed in 5 months.

SKS International University

Construction of 1st phase was started 2005 November to 2006 April constructing approx. 40,000sqft.
2nd phase 2005 to 2007 constructing approx. 60,000sqft.
